Shipping policy

Our warehouse located at Toronto, Canada, we do not ship on weekends but usually ship within 2 business days after the order was placed.

We are an independent small business runs by 1 person, just myself. Once an order is paid and placed we cannot cancel or modify it. Please review product photos and sizing prior to purchasing the item.

ANCHOR GROUND is not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs is separate from the shipping cost and is out of our control. We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs.
