We are not able to offer returns for refunds at this time. We have provided detailed measurements of each product to help you make the best sizing choice. Exchanges can be worked out on a case-by-case basis. Shoot us an email.

ANCHOR GROUND will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
All discounted orders are final sale.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Our warehouse is located in Toronto, Canada. We do not ship on weekends, but usually ship within 2 business days after the order was placed.
We are an independent small business. Once an order is paid and placed, we cannot cancel or modify it. Please review product photos and sizing prior to purchasing the item.
ANCHOR GROUND is not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs are separate from the shipping cost and are out of our control. We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs.
